So I received a call from Marshal before I left on a cruise and explained to him I was looking for a car for my daughter and he helped me from that day forward. I will never be back to this dealership. They ran my credit 4 times! They shook hands with me and congratulated me on my new purchase and then came back and said they made a mistake. After making the mistake, they tried to make it right by putting me into a vehicle I DID NOT WANT! The individual selling me the vehicle was new and it was not her fault at all. She went above and beyond for me, but as far as everyone else goes absolutly no! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience!

Hyundai of Gadsden ran both of our credit without approval. We live in FL and have never been to this place or applied for a company connected to them. We were told by Todd and Clint that they had 15 others like us and they lied about how to resolve it. Equifax says they can call to fix for us but GM Randy refused to let us talk AT ALL & hung up on us. In December I totaled my 2013 Elantra on A Chtistmas trip to Opryland. Another car turned into our car tboning us on the passenger side deploying both front and rear side curtain airbags. My wife sat in the passenger seat and my granddaughter directly behind her. Thank GOD none of us was injured! I was already sold on Hyundai but now I will never purchase another brand. My uncle fought in Korea, his wife was K o rean, their children are half Korean. It makes proud to suppiet the capitalism of a people we helped liberate!
